As part of Cloud Native Application (CNA) program, a Cloud Native Experience has as mission to advocate and promote the adoption of the CNA development stack.

The key objectives are to ensure the consistency and the interoperability of the features delivered in the Cloud Native application space, promote the best technical practices and support the CNA developers in their onboarding and daily lives.

• Job Description

We are seeking for a skilled  Java developer. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and maintaining Java applications, as well as a strong

understanding of software development principles and best practices.

A Software Development Engineer is accountable for the technical design and delivery of the product functionalities based on the solutions agreed with the stakeholders (Customers, Product Management, Architects) and in line with the team vision.

You will be at the heart of Amadeus, where you will have great opportunities to acquire a broad view and knowledge of Amadeus system.

You will work closely with our business counterparts.

You will then have closed interactions with many development teams located all over the world.

You will be integrated in a stimulating and collaborative environment, in a scrum team, where you can learn and grow very quickly

• About the ideal candidate

• Strong knowledge in Java 11+

• Knowledge in Quarkus application framework

• Experience in Docker/Kubernetes

• Experience in developing microservices.

• Experience in cloud-based deployments

• Experience with Angular is a plus.

• Familiar with cloud provider ecosystems (Azure is a plus)

• Strong knowledge in Git

• Knowledge in Maven

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to learn new technologies and to implement for prototyping purposes.

• Good collaboration mindset and ability to adapt.

• Ability to communicate effectively.
