Project Manager

Insight Global is seeking a Project Controls Lead (Project Manager) in Evreux, France. This role requires English and French Fluency. The Project Controls Lead will operate as the single point of contact for a specific project and be the connector between construction sites. You will be responsible for managing project cost, schedule, and performance metrics for a single Capital Project. You will develop and maintain project schedules, ensure milestones are met on time and on budget, identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, and ensure all project activities comply with regulatory requirements and quality standards through regular audits and reviews. This role requires extensive stakeholder engagement, requiring excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence to communicate with the business stakeholders effectively and proactively.

Must Have

• English and French Fluency
• Extensive experience as a Project Controls Lead within Global Capital Projects
• Strong Financial Management experience (ROI, Cost, Actuals, Forecasts, Budgets, Schedules, Cashflow Curve, etc.)
• Expert knowledge and experience of Cost Management, Commercial Management, Contract Management, Project Management, Scope Management, Risk Management, Change Management and Forecasting.
• Foundational understanding of key project management delivery processes
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry
• Strong stakeholder management including the ability to build relationships and effectively communicate
• High attention to detail and a sense of urgency to meet and exceed business requirements
