☀️ The role

We are seeking a dynamic Presenter & Producer to be the face of our crypto-focused YouTube channel, which currently boasts a vibrant audience of 128,000 subscribers. In this role, you'll script and host engaging video content, including tutorials, interviews, market updates, and in-depth documentaries. A strong understanding of blockchain and DeFi is essential, along with excellent writing and presenting skills. If you're confident on camera, have a passion for crypto, have experience in video production, and ideally are based in the Netherlands, this is a unique opportunity to join our team.

🧑‍💻 What you'll do:

Video Production:

• Collaborate with our video director to produce weekly video content.
• Plan shoots, coordinate interviews, and secure locations.
• Manage production schedules and timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
• Manage feedback loops between teams and clients.

Scriptwriting:

• Write engaging and informative scripts, ensuring accuracy and relevancy.

Presenting:

• Serve as the on-screen host, delivering content clearly and engagingly.
• Maintain a professional and approachable on-screen presence.

Content Strategy:

• Collaborate on content planning to align with current crypto trends.
• Engage with viewers and adapt content based on feedback.

Travel:

• Attend and present at conferences and industry events up to four times a year, representing The Defiant and engaging with the community.

✅ Qualifications

• Strong crypto knowledge.
• Demonstrated experience in writing high-quality content, particularly in the crypto/DeFi space.
• Excellent English and confident on-camera presence.
• Willingness to travel to conferences and events up to four times a year.
• Preferably based in the Netherlands, though remote candidates are considered.
