Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to join our team. This hybrid role involves working onsite with our client for two days a week and remotely for the remaining two days. The successful candidate will manage multiple small IT-related projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently while meeting stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee multiple small IT-related projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure project objectives are met.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and risk registers.
• Track project progress, ensuring milestones and deadlines are achieved.
• Communicate project updates effectively to all stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and issues, proposing solutions to mitigate them.
• Ensure projects adhere to defined best practices, frameworks, and governance standards.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably within an IT environment.
• Strong understanding of IT project lifecycle and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, or similar).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in project management (e.g., PRINCE2 Foundation, CAPM, or Agile certifications) is a plus.
• Experience in working within a client-facing role.
• Previous exposure to IT infrastructure, software development, or cloud projects.
