Project Manager

Mission Description:

• Lead the end-to-end execution of transversal infrastructure projects.
• Manage projects, including the initiation of new infrastructure developments, organizational and process changes, and the integration of new technologies.
• Oversee project scope, planning, timelines, and lifecycle deliverables, ensuring technical excellence.
• Collaborate with various technical teams focused on infrastructure, networks, servers, storage, and security.
• Facilitate alignment with stakeholders and installation teams through clear and consistent communication.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with senior IT management and relevant governance bodies (e.g., steering committee).
• Ensure security and compliance requirements are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support procurement processes and policies, while managing and reporting on project financial performance.
• Collaborate with team members and third-party vendors to establish, update, and maintain security processes and procedures.

Skills:

• A minimum of five years of successful IT project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of IT architecture and infrastructure components (servers, networks, storage, security, etc.).
• Familiarity with Cloud technologies, platforms, and tools (e.g., Azure, Kubernetes, Docker).
• Experience with digital transformation projects in banking or industrial environments.
• Extensive experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work in an international team.
• (Preferred) PMP/PRINCE2 certification in good standing.
• (Preferred) Knowledge of cybersecurity and information security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27*, CIS CSC) and compliance standards (SOC2, GDPR) for risk management of company assets.
