6 months contractor – FRENCH speaking – Pharma Manufacturing


Are you an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry? Do you thrive in managing complex projects and ensuring their successful execution? Skills and experience required

  • Industry Experience: At least 15 years of experience, preferably in IT or project management plus 5-7 years of experience as a Project/Program Manager in the pharmaceutical industry (GxP implementation)
  • Project Leadership: Experience managing projects with budgets of at least USD 2M or leading teams with line management responsibilities for at least 2 years.
  • GxP Compliance: Strong understanding of GxP system implementation and regulatory requirements.
  • MES Implementation: Hands-on experience in Manufacturing Execution System (MES) projects
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Computer System Validation (CSV).
  • Language Skills: French (minimum B2 level) is required.
  • Project Methodologies: Ability to manage Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Establish the project management and governance structure in collaboration with GPS IT Site Lead and DCMs.
  • Identify dependencies, assess risks, and communicate project status to relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor project performance and develop action plans to ensure achievement of objectives.
  • Manage project schedules and financial health, providing insights to stakeholders.
  • Proactively address obstacles to maintain project momentum and success.
  • Engage and coordinate resources across the enterprise for successful project execution.
