Lead Product Manager – Wallet & Savings

Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Lead Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution for our wallet and savings portfolio within our Fintech platform. This role requires a blend of deep product expertise, financial services knowledge, and user-centric design to build and optimize products that empower our customers to manage, save, and grow their funds securely and seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

Product Vision & Strategy:

• Define and own the product roadmap for the wallet and savings portfolio, aligning with the company’s strategic goals and market trends. You will also get to own the P/L of the portfolio.
• Identify new product opportunities and enhancements by analyzing customer insights, market research, and competitive landscapes.

Product Development & Lifecycle Management:

• Lead end-to-end product development processes, from concept and requirements gathering to launch and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, compliance, and marketing to ensure successful product delivery and iteration.

User Experience & Customer Insights:

• Champion a user-centric approach by gathering feedback through interviews, surveys, usability studies, and analytics.
• Translate customer insights into actionable product features and improvements, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.

Financial & Regulatory Compliance:

• Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure all wallet and savings products adhere to local and international financial regulations.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively adjust product strategies.

Performance Tracking & Data-Driven Decisions:

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and use analytics to measure product performance, drive improvements, and inform decision-making.
• Leverage data to prioritize initiatives and optimize product functionalities for increased customer engagement and profitability.

Stakeholder Management & Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating product vision, progress, and key updates.
• Build strong partnerships with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure effective product positioning and customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 8+ years of product management experience in the Fintech sector, with a proven track record in managing digital wallet and savings products.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Strong understanding of digital payment systems, wallet functionalities, and savings products.
• Proficient in leveraging data analytics, market research, and user feedback to drive product decisions.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Aha!) and data analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
