The Cybersecurity Advisory Lead is responsible for defining, leading, and delivering cybersecurity advisory services to help clients improve their overall security posture. This role involves working with clients to understand their security needs, develop comprehensive security strategies, and implement effective security solutions that align with their business goals. The role also involves developing security roadmaps, providing strategic advisory, and managing a team of security consultants to ensure high-quality delivery

10+ years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, advisory, or IT

service delivery roles.

• 5+ years of experience in leading cybersecurity teams and
  
  

managing complex projects focused on cybersecurity strategy and

governance.

• 3+ years of experience in a Big4 company
• Proven experience in developing and implementing security
  
  

strategies, policies, and programs across multiple industries.

• Extensive experience working with senior stakeholders, including Clevel executives.
  
  

Lead cybersecurity advisory engagements, working closely with senior executives and technical teams to understand their security challenges and requirements.

• Develop comprehensive cybersecurity strategies, roadmaps, and policies to help clients achieve their business goals and improve their security posture.
• Provide high-level strategic advisory on cybersecurity risk management, compliance, and governance.
• Oversee the delivery of cybersecurity advisory projects, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Mentor and lead a team of security consultants, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
• Engage in pre-sales activities, working closely with the sales team to identify client needs and provide tailored security solutions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and auditors, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies, providing thought leadership and contributing to the continuous improvement of Malomatia's security offerings.
• Prepare and present executive-level reports and briefings on security strategies and project outcomes
