Technical and Soft Skills:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fullstack .NET Developer to join our team for an exciting projec. As a Senior Fullstack .NET Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing a cutting-edge web application using the latest technologies. Your expertise in .NET, Azure, and any frontend framework will be key to the success of this project, contributing to the advancement of the organization's mission.

Responsibilities:

Development and Architecture:

Lead the development of a scalable and high-performance web application using the .NET stack and frontend.

Architect, design, and implement solutions that align with the project goals and non-profit organization's needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product owners, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software.

Fullstack Development:

• Work on both frontend JavaScript, Blazor, Angular and backend ASP.NET, C# development, ensuring a seamless integration of features.
• Implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces to enhance the overall user experience.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between frontend and backend systems.

Azure Integration:

• Utilize your expertise in Azure to architect, deploy, and maintain cloud-based solutions.
• Implement best practices for cloud security, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Manage Azure resources, services, and configurations required for the project.

Code Quality and Testing:

• Ensure code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to coding standards.
• Implement unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to guarantee the reliability of the application.

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, code documentation, and deployment procedures.
• Share knowledge with the team through mentorship, training sessions, and collaborative discussions.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
• Propose and implement improvements to development processes, tools, and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Fullstack .NET Developer with expertise in frontend development and Azure.
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
• Extensive experience in frontend development using Angular (or other modern JavaScript frameworks).
• Solid understanding of cloud-based development and deployment using Azure services.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent inEnglish is mandatory
• Fluency in French (C2 level) or Dutch (C1 level) is mandatory
• Candidates must be in Europe already
