Location: Verona, Italy

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive testing on the Java application to ensure its functionality and performance.
• Identify, document, and report any issues or discrepancies found during testing.
• Provide valuable feedback to the development team to help resolve any issues.
• Adapt code when necessary to fix issues and ensure the stability of the application.
• Manage the release of updates in a production environment for legacy applications.
• Create and document a testing process that will be used for future testing cycles.
• Work closely with the team, ensuring timely resolution of issues while maintaining a good degree of autonomy.
• Participate in the entire workflow, learning and adapting to the process from start to finish.
• Support legacy solutions with expertise in Java and troubleshooting techniques.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Java.
• Previous experience with legacy systems and their maintenance.
• Ability to adapt code and solve issues when necessary.
• Fluency in Italian.
• Good understanding of integrated systems and middle-layer application setups.
• A high degree of autonomy and the ability to handle tasks independently.
