Job Description – Project Manager – Geneva

Experience required

• Proven experience in managing large-scale projects using Agile methodology.
• Experience in “Document management” applications is a plus.
• Experience in the banking sector is a plus.
• Proven experience in functional analysis on IT projects.
• PMP, PMI, Scrum certifications or equivalent are an asset.
• Person who has worked in BFSI will have advantage

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the execution of large-scale IT projects.
• Manage and prioritize allocated resources to achieve the objectives defined by the steering committee in terms of costs, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Apply Agile project management principles for the oversight of both internal project team members and external service providers.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies for managed projects (daily Scrum, sprint review, sprint planning, sprint retrospective, etc.).
• Provide regular reporting on project progress.
• Master the functional aspects related to the managed projects.
• Coordinate all stakeholders outside the project team (architecture, infrastructure, security, etc.) to ensure project progress.
• Coordinate the collection of effort estimates and provide high-quality reporting on project progress.
• Actively collaborates with partners and mixed teams: IT, business, and external service providers.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization, and escalate risks and contentious points.
• Proposes risk mitigation actions and manage emergency situations with rigor and calm, fostering constructive, efficient, and cordial dialogue with all stakeholders.
