Working as Junior Software Engineer within Automotive Industry

We are looking for an Junior Software Engineer who can apply software engineering principles to design, develop, maintain, test, and evaluate our software solutions. You like to work in a collaborative environment, remains composed when faced with new challenges, and is eager to learn and share knowledge with others. You will work fullstack with different applications and techniques.

As an individual, we look for a person who is curious, self-motivated, and possess a strong technical focus combined with a user-centric approach. Someone who enjoy working as part of a team, contribute positively to team spirit, and take responsibility for delivering quality results.

The team is based in Skövde and works on a suite of applications within the Manufacturing Execution layer, supporting both basic and final assembly processes in our factories worldwide.

Being a consultant at Nexer Tech Talent

Nexer Tech Talent specialize in giving young tech talents the ultimate start in their careers. For this role, you will be employed by Nexer Tech Talent but work at the client, located in Skövde, starting during fall.

You will be coached by a mentor at the client and by a consultant manager at Nexer Tech Talent. As a consultant, you will be well taken care of. We often invite our consultants to group activities such as lectures, after works and lunch meetings. After successful completion of the consulting assignment, the intention is that you will be offered employment with the comapny.

Desired qualifications:

• Are at the start of your career and have a bachelor/master degree in Computer Science or equivalent background
• Have an interest in DevOps practices, Visual Studio, TFS, Azure DevOps, and GIT
• As a person you are a teamplayer and humble
• Excellent English skills
• Good knowledge in NET platform, including C# and SQL
• Has good knowledge in Scrum and/or Agile methodologies
