FULLSTACK SOFTWARE ENGINEER

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Software Engineer to join our stable and collaborative Software Configuration team. The team is responsible for the complete product lifecycle – from design and development to testing, deployment, and continuous improvement. Our highest priority is delivering high-quality, safe, and reliable digital products, while fostering transparency, knowledge sharing, and teamwork.

You will be part of an agile product team delivering modern digital products based on the latest Microsoft technologies. The role involves both backend and frontend development, working closely with business users and cross-functional stakeholders to create efficient, high-performing solutions. You will contribute throughout the entire lifecycle, ensuring quality, performance, and compliance with architecture, security, and product strategy.

In this role, you will develop and maintain modern digital products using .NET/C# on the backend and Blazor/JavaScript on the frontend. You will be an active member of an agile product team, working with continuous delivery and ongoing improvements. You will take full responsibility for code quality, performance, and lifecycle management, ensuring that all solutions comply with established architecture guidelines, security requirements, and the overall digital product strategy. Close collaboration with stakeholders, business users, and other teams is a key part of the role, as is contributing to knowledge sharing, best practices, and a strong DevOps culture. You will also gain a solid understanding of business processes and, where relevant, work with or alongside mainframe/Cobol solutions.

Desired qualifications and skills:

• Experience in .NET / C# development
• Backend: ASP.NET, SQL Server, MQ messaging
• Frontend: Blazor, Angular, JavaScript (React)
• Cloud & DevOps: Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps, GIT, Kubernetes/OpenShift
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Ranorex, or Playwright is a plus
