Digital Project Lead (freelance)

We are looking for a Digital Project Lead to drive the development and implementation of digital products, ensuring they are viable, valuable, and aligned with business needs. You will act as the link between business partners and product teams, collaborating closely with product leaders, UX designers, and solution architects.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee digital projects from strategy to execution.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to meet business requirements.
• Facilitate communication between technology, business, and users.
• Apply Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban for efficient workflows.
• Monitor KPIs and analyse results to optimize project outcomes.

Requirements:

• Experience in digital project management and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of digital platforms, tools, and technologies.
• Experience in digital strategy, marketing, and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to work in complex environments and simplify processes.
