Full Stack Developer

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join the development team and contribute to the expansion and development of our clients existing FOCUS applications, as well as the creation of new ones.

To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with technologies such as Node.js, React, and other related frameworks.

This role specifically requires a strong front-end focus, and we are looking for someone who is particularly skilled in front-end development while still possessing solid full-stack capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expand and develop the FOCUS applications.
• Lead and mentor a development team, providing guidance and coaching to junior developers.
• Independently handle programming tasks, including coding, testing, and debugging.
• Apply Agile development methodologies, taking on a leading role within the team.
• Ensure the smooth execution of development processes and deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in full-stack development, with a focus on Node.js, React, and similar technologies.
• Proven track record in leading development teams and providing technical mentorship.
• Strong expertise in front-end development and user interface design.
• Extensive experience working with Agile development processes.
• Fluency in Dutch at a European CEFR level C2.
