Site Project Manager

As Responsible Site Manager / Project Lead, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring project is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Oversee site activities with a strong focus on implementing site safety and maintaining project quality.
• Develop detailed work plans, schedules, and milestones to achieve project objectives.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timelines are met.
• Manage a team of installers, subcontractors, and site supervisors, assigning roles and responsibilities to ensure clarity across the team.
• Participate in team meetings, provide updates on project progress, address issues, and plan future tasks.
• Enforce health and safety policies, conduct routine safety inspections, risk assessments, and provide training as required.
• Ensure all installation work meets or exceeds quality standards and project specifications.
• Conduct regular quality inspections for ongoing and completed work, ensuring BCAR coordination and addressing quality concerns efficiently.
• Report to the Project Manager, providing status updates, communicating changes, and highlighting issues to key stakeholders.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation, progress reports, and safety records for review or submission to senior management.

Qualifications, Experience & Requirements:

• Degree or qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Experience on Industrial, Pharma, Energy projects (Data Centre is a bonus).
• Active FISE Qualification - Responsible Site Manager
• Active HSE Card/Certificate
• Right to Work in Finland - Finnish Citizenship or Blue Card equivalent
