DevSecOps Engineer

Our client analyses & visualises statistical data from pharmaceutical clients to provide crucial machines for these companies. The ideal person is somebody who can help break boundaries for innovation and likes cross-collaboration.

As an DevSecOps Engineer, you will be joining a division that deals with the creation of new business models. Please apply if interested.

What to expect from this role?

• Embed security in development workflows, collaborating with engineering teams to integrate security into CI/CD and platform tooling.
• Build and employ best security practices, tools and secure automation.
• Guide the team on K8s, Supply chain & IAM best practises.
• Contribute to the open-source community.
• Teach, train & build workshops, content on cloud native apps / infrastructure.
• All security topics are spread across divisions so you will help to find a unified method.
• Identify secure holes and potential breaches.
• Freedom to explore best practises.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on professional experience with public clouds. (bonus if you have worked with Azure)
• Professional knowledge of DevSecOps tools I.e. DAST, SAST, Aikido, WhiteSource etc.
• You are somebody who can promote cybersecurity awareness.
• You have excellent communication skills and the ability to teach, engage & drive projects.
• Tools/Skills: Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, GitOps etc.
• Understanding to compliance standards I.e. ISO27001, NIST, CIS Benchmarks etc.
• Previously programming/Scripted with one of the following: Python, Java or within .NET environments.
• Fluent English speaker.
