Reports To: Group HR Manager / Hotel General Manager

This role requires a strong love for Human Resources, as well as a passion for shaping a positive workplace culture, supporting the employee journey, and ensuring compliance with HR best practices

Key Responsibilities

• Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment law. Handle employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinaries, and performance management.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
• Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
• Providing orientation and necessary training to new employees.
• Implementing and enforcing HR policies to ensure compliance with legal and organisational standards.
• Keeping abreast of employment laws and regulations to make necessary updates to policies.
• Work closely with payroll teams to ensure accurate employee data and benefit administration.

Key Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation.
• Prior HR Generalist Experience Is Essential.
• HR Experience in Hotel an advantage
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
