We are seeking a CRM Analyst to join an established organization in Ireland. This is a newly created role designed to support an existing team as they navigate internal digital transitions and system migrations.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing all data within the core CRM, ensuring accuracy for external users and internal reporting. This data is critical for revenue streams, customer engagement, and future business development and planning.

As a CRM Analyst, you will be responsible for managing dashboards with high volumes of complex data, providing key business intelligence to senior stakeholders across the organisation. You will also maintain and provide day-to-day support for the CRM system.

You will work closely with various teams, delivering key insights and championing CRM data across the organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity for junior to mid-level professionals looking to expand their expertise in business intelligence (BI) and data reporting within an established organisation.

Required:

• 2+ years experience working with CRM or analytical position
• Hands-on experience with data analysis and reporting using of the following: Power BI, VBA or Excel.
• Excellent Communication skills

Salary available: €40,000 – €46,000 DOE
