Senior Security Incident Specialist – Financial Sector | Frankfurt (50% Remote)

We are working with a leading financial institution is looking for a Security Incident Specialist to join its dynamic and growing Security Operations Center (SOC).

What you’ll be doing:

• Detecting, analyzing, and responding to a wide range of cyber threats and security incidents.
• Coordinating technical and organizational responses to incidents across departments.
• Conducting in-depth forensic investigations and reporting findings to stakeholders.
• Proactively developing new threat detection strategies and contributing to threat intelligence efforts.
• Supporting employee awareness campaigns and helping build a stronger internal security culture.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in Security Operations (SOC), especially incident detection and response (L1–L3).
• Solid background in SIEM tools, forensic analysis, and vulnerability assessments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Fluency in German (B2) and English is required.
