ICT Project Manager

PFH Technology are looking for an ICT Project Managerto join our clients growing team in Cork.

Objective: the PM will work as part of the wider team, representing the region, deploying Enterprise Wireless across the organisation.

Contract: Contract

Location: Cork/Kerry

Onsite: Fully onsite

Essential: Own car and full driving licence

Requirements

It will be important that the resource

• Has some level of technical knowledge, networking an advantage.
• Can manage & lead delivery proactively & through to issue resolution with the relevant stakeholders
• Can manage & co-ordinate activities to ensure maximum efficiency and resource usage.
• Customer Service focussed good engagement style with customers/users and their managers.
  

Experience

• Must have a minimum of 2-3 years work experience working in similar lead role specifically in the following areas:
• Customer Service
• Project delivery
• Engaging with business users and technical teams
• Must be solution-orientated and have a problem-solving mindset
• Must take ownership in areas of leadership and problem resolution
• Demonstrate initiative and proactiveness in all areas of responsibility
• Must have good Microsoft Excel skills and adequate knowledge of other MS Office applications (Teams, Outlook, Word etc)
• Good at working as part of a team and ability to take lead
• Demonstrate good analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to understand complex data and recognise discrepancies, gaps and errors
• Carry out telephone and office communications in a professional, courteous and respectful manner at all times
• Have a clean driving license and access to a car
