UX/UI Designer

Working As a UX/UI Designer, You Will

• Conduct research on design and technology trends relevant to our product domain.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and storyboards to guide design decisions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and refined designs using Figma.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, and front-end developers to align designs with customer needs and product goals.
• Perform usability testing to gather feedback and make data-driven design decisions.
• Iterate on designs based on input from internal stakeholders and customers.
• Identify and resolve UX issues, including responsiveness and usability challenges.
• Oversee all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Ensure consistency in visual elements across all company platforms, maintaining a coherent brand identity.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to improve and maintain the Design System.
• Apply style guides, design standards, and industry best practices to create cohesive interface designs.
• Work closely with front-end developers to ensure design integrity during implementation.
• Maintain documentation on design processes, decisions, and specifications for future reference and audits.
• Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Engage in continual professional development through courses, workshops, or conferences in UX/UI design and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven professional experience as a UX/UI Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects (applications without a portfolio will be rejected).
• Full proficiency in English.
• Advanced knowledge of Figma.
• Experience with wireframing and rapid prototyping.
• Experience in setting up and maintaining design systems.
• Experience in conducting usability testing.
• At least basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Understanding of responsive design principles.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
