Key Responsibilities:



- Master the global HRIS (Workday), managing data, processes, and reporting while ensuring everything aligns with global standards.

- Drive seamless onboarding and offboarding processes, making transitions smooth and positive for all employees.

- Take ownership of payroll and employee benefits like healthcare, pensions, gym memberships, and paid time off.

- Support recruitment, from managing communications to scheduling interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

- Collaborate on employee engagement and retention initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.


Who You Are:



- You’re highly organised with strong data management skills, and you’re proficient in HRIS systems like Workday.

- You thrive in fast-paced environments, juggling multiple tasks with ease and grace.

- You have exceptional communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.

- 3+ years of experience in HR admin, payroll, or benefits management is a big plus.
