Join Our Team as an HR Assistant!

We are seeking a new team member to join our HR department, where you'll be part of a dynamic, fast-paced industry. Key tasks:

  • Update and maintain HR systems, policies, records of agreements, documents and files
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Develop and update HR-related materials, including presentations and the Personnel Handbook
  • Superuser responsibilities in one or more HR systems/tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Workable, InfoCaption, NEO/HRG, Simployer)
  • Plan and coordinate company participation at career fairs
  • Act as a substitute for reception and switchboard operations when needed
  • Continuously evaluate and identify improvements for organisational efficiency
  • Support the HR department with additional tasks as needed


Requirements

  • Second or third year student within Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology or a related field - preferably planning to complete your Master's thesis in Bergen
  • Available to work 1-2 days per week during weekdays, with the potential for additional hours during holiday periods
  • Communicates well in English
  • Interest in technical solutions and digitalisation
  • Solid academic skills
  • Structured, curious, and proactive approach to work
