Risk Analyst

Role Summary

The Operational Resilience team plays a critical role in identifying and mitigating risks that could impact core business operations across trading, banking, and technology functions. The individual in this position will drive initiatives to strengthen resilience, ensuring effective contingency planning and response strategies are in place. They will collaborate closely with leadership and key stakeholders to enhance preparedness for events that may disrupt business continuity, such as cyber incidents, market fluctuations, and global crises.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to increase awareness and adoption of resilience programs within the division.
• Oversee the completeness and certification of business continuity plans across regional operations.
• Coordinate resilience assurance activities, including scenario testing, simulations, and training exercises, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations.
• Monitor adherence to regional guidelines on operational resilience.
• Manage projects aimed at improving risk management tools, processes, and response capabilities.
