About the Role: As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring their financial needs are met while driving the bank’s objectives. You will leverage your deep understanding of the financial landscape in Qatar and your expertise in relationship management to provide tailored solutions that meet client goals. Your role will be critical in fostering long-term partnerships and maintaining the highest levels of service and trust.


What You'll Do:

  • Manage and expand relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and corporate clients.
  • Understand clients' financial goals and objectives, offering customized banking solutions to meet their needs.
  • Cross-sell a wide range of bank products and services, including investment, lending, and wealth management.
  • Build a strong client base through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Qatar banking market, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive client experience.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients, helping them navigate complex financial decisions.
  • Monitor the financial health of your clients and anticipate future needs.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in relationship management, preferably in wealth management or corporate banking, with a focus on HNWIs or key corporate accounts.
  • Education: A degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (advanced certifications or an MBA is a plus).
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Qatar financial landscape, market trends, and regulatory environment.
  • Results-Oriented: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs in a client-facing role.
  • Fluency: Proficiency in both English and Arabic
