Along with the Manager, Projects & Transformation, work on Business Transformation objectives to achieve SBU goals
- Process transformation initiatives through digitisation across segments for achieving business targets, customer promise enhancement, complaints management, enhancing UI/UX to a better client experience, improved corporate earnings and compliance.
- Constantly identifying opportunities for transformation e.g. existing manual processes and reports, preparing detailed business requirements in coordination with project teams, IT teams, Risk, Operations and various business teams, timely delivery on initiatives

- Bachelor degree in STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics)
- Strong excel and analytical skills (Data Warehouse and Analytical tools experience is good to have)
- Project Management
- 3 years in Corporate Banking Project Management Areas
- Bachelor’s Degree, in Business-related major
