Profile: LLM Data Scientist / Senior AND Mid

• Location: Poland / 100% remote
• Rate: Senior up to 160 PLN/h +VAT / Mid up to 120 zł/h + VAT /B2B

NLP Data Scientist responsibilities would include designing, developing, and deploying the next generation of agent-based software systems. Activities include prompt engineering, agentic ai, RAG, information retrieval, LLM evaluation, NLU, LLM inference tuning, LLM fine-tuning. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address risks, ethical concerns, and other issues related to AI use.

Must Have:

• Prompt engineering.
• Analysing AI Performance
• LLM evaluation (Knowledge and Capability Evaluation, Alignment Evaluation, Safety Evaluation, Applicability Evaluation)
• NLU libraries and tools (NLTK or GPT-3)
• LLM inference tuning using efficiency strategies using techniques like LoRA, QLoRA
• LLM fine-tuning
• Cloud Experience: Azure, GCP or AWS

Nice to Have/additional skills

• Experience in work with GCP tools such as BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Vertex AI and Pub/Sub to process and analyze data
