JOB DESCRIPTION:

• As part of the Digital team at IS Flexible Generation Europe, the Junior Digital Product Manager will be supporting the full project lifecycle of new digital product developments, rolling them out on our industrial sites as well as being responsible for servicing some of the already existing applications.

Responsibilities:

• Work under the supervision of an experienced Product Owner and act as the link between business (the people in the powerplants worldwide) & our software factory.
• Help steer the project team & guide the stakeholders throughout the duration of the project during the creation of new applications.
• Analyze & challenge the business requirements via workshops & brainstorming sessions with the aim to translate them into functional specifications for our software factory.
• Adopt a hands-on approach regarding problem solving, testing & change management whilst keeping quality output, time to market & budget control as main focal points.
• Involved in the keep it running & servicing of the already existing apps belonging to your portfolio.
• Track potential improvements proposed by the clients & prospects and schedule regular upgrades.
• Expected to be flexible regarding working location, time & context and be part of a team where we take care of each other, give honest feedback and expect to receive it.

General Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of English. Fluent knowledge in one of the following languages would be a major asset: Dutch, German, French, Polish, Italian or Spanish.
• Master diploma mandatory. Some experience as an IT project leader or digital product manager is a plus.

Technical Requirements:

• Experience in agile project methodology, software development or knowledge of Azure DevOps/TFS is a plus.
