Senior PHP Software Engineer

Location: Kaunas / Vilnius (Hybrid)

We’re looking for an experienced Senior PHP Developer to lead and shape innovative web applications using Symfony and API Platform. If you're passionate about software architecture, mentoring, and building scalable solutions, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain web applications using Symfony & API Platform
• Mentor and guide other software engineers
• Lead and drive new projects from start to finish
• Make key architecture decisions and influence technical direction

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience leading and managing development teams
• Expertise in PHP (latest version), Symfony, and API Platform
• Strong understanding of MariaDB and database management
• A systems thinker who enjoys solving complex problems
• Passion for automated testing and clean code practices
• Experience in software architecture and scalable system design
