Junior Business Intelligence Analyst

The Littelfuse Electronics Business Unit is seeking a motivated Junior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Analytics Team. In this role, you will support the team in building and maintaining Power BI reports, assisting users, and developing expertise in data analysis best practices.

This position offers a hybrid/remote work model, with occasional visits to our Kaunas office, and reports directly to the Business Intelligence Manager.

About The Job

• Responsible for all technical aspects of Power BI report development, maintenance, and deployment. Need to be able to understand the business and technical requirements provided and convert these into the appropriate functional specifications and Power BI dashboards/visualizations.
• Conduct testing and validation of new data, enhancements, and corrections.
• Assist in identifying and resolving issues related to Power BI reports.
• Keep up to date with the latest Power BI features and related technologies to enhance reporting capabilities.
  
  
  
  

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics, Business Management, IT, or a related field
• Up to 1 year of work experience, preferably in analytics
• Basic knowledge of Power BI and data visualization principles
• High level of verbal and written communication skills in English language
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Effective communicator, able to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Well-organized with the ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines for simple reporting projects
• Quick learner with a proactive approach to adopting new tools and techniques

The salary range 1900 EUR gross – 2100 EUR gross per month but the final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
