As the Company is expanding here in Lithuania and looking for a HR Associate, we are excited to find out if it is YOU who will join the ambitious PAYSTRAX team in Vilnius, Lithuania.
Job Description:
- Assist the Head of HR with administrative tasks, including scheduling, information tracking, and document management.
- Coordinate interview schedules and prepare onboarding materials for new employees.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Support payroll data processing and monitor employee absences and business travels.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Prepare HR-related reports and ensure proper documentation management.
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and various employee surveys.
- Ensure clear and effective internal communication by coordinating company announcements, newsletters, and key messages across departments.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support the efficient operation of the HR team.
- Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interview schedules and communicating with candidates.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Psychology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an HR support or administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills, with keen attention to detail and a logical, common-sense approach.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong written and verbal proficiency in both English and Lithuanian.
- Proactive mindset, demonstrating ownership, accountability, and initiative.
- Effective teamwork skills, enabling collaboration in a multicultural, cross-departmental, and cross-border environment.
- Strong time management and stress management abilities.
- Responsible and positive attitude, with enthusiasm for supporting others.
