Junior Agile Project Manager

We are looking for a versatile Technical Manager with experience in Agile Project Management to work with the development teams on delivering on time, with quality and customer satisfaction software applications, embedded firmware or CI/CD tools for a major player in Industrial Networking solutions.

Responsibilities

Understand client's development process

LeSS with elements of SAFe (PI Planning)

Manage the development process and coach the team into it

Ensure on-time delivery by actively cooperating with the development team, Product Owner and other stakeholders

Skills

Must have

Understanding of the basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development

Exposure to Software Development Life Cycle and the associated tools (code review, release branching strategy, maintenance, etc.)

Engineering background needed

Demonstrable knowledge with one of the Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban etc.) and/or scaling agile frameworks (LeSS, SAFe)

Stakeholder Management, Negotiation and Communication skills

Ability to coach on how to follow agile methodologies

Ability to help manage scrum team backlog and priorities using agile based tools (Jira/Targetprocess).

Demonstrable risk management and mitigation skills

Knowledge of tools used to assist with scrum team planning (Targetprocess, Jira, etc.)
