As a student assistant, you will work 15-20 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate your studies.

How You Will Make An Impact

We are looking for a student to join our team at Arla Foods Sweden. You will support our Talent Acquisition team with tasks such as CV screening, conducting interviews, reference checks, recruitment administration, and more. You will also be involved in various employer branding activities and projects throughout the year. As a Student Assistant will you also take part within Arla Movement and be responsible for at least one project. Nevertheless, will there be a couple of Student Assistant activities during the year that are designed for you and your development. This is a fixed-term contract, starting August 2025.

What Will Make You Successful

We believe that you are currently pursuing a B.Sc or M.Sc in fields such as HR, Business, Eco-nomics, or similar. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of academic experience and at least one year remaining in their studies. We believe you are ambitious and excel when faced with challenges. You are highly energetic and thrive in a fast-paced environment. We expect you to possess a Growth Mindset, a strong interest in business, and a passion for people and culture.

Furthermore, it is essential that you have

• Analytical skills
• Project Management and work structure
• Teamwork and relationship management
• A learning mindset, are okey with both routine- and ad hoc tasks
• Knowledge with IT software, such as excel and PowerPoint, and open to learn new systems
• A can-do attitude
• High proficiency in Swedish and English
