We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training and Development Partner to join our team in Warsaw. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training and Development Partner to join our team in Warsaw. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that align with our organizational goals and employee development needs. This role requires strong communication, analytical, and project management skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Location: Warsaw, Poland
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop training programs in collaboration with subject matter experts
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars using various methods (in-person, virtual, blended learning)
- Managing People Cycle Processes for respective geography
- Engage with managers and HR teams to understand training and development requirements and align them with business objectives
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to ensure training and development initiatives are well-received and supported
- Implementing leadership development programs for managers and emerging leaders for respective geography
- Launching continuous learning initiatives to promote professional development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Polish & English
- Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness
- Flexibility to adapt training methods and materials to meet diverse employee needs
- Strong relationship-building skills to collaborate with stakeholders and create a positive learning environment
- Proficiency in managing multiple training and development projects simultaneously
- Understanding and appreciation of diverse cultural backgrounds within the organization
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in training and development or a similar role
- Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in using training software and tools
- Full-time employment contract
