Responsibilities

• Create consistent high-quality character and creature animations;
• Work with Art Directors, Technical Artists and Developers to understand technical requirements and ensure the pipeline is as efficient as possible;
• Refine animations and gameplay feel as needed to get the best quality animation within the timeline;
• Actively participate in technical and artistic discussions and problem solving;
• Prepare animations for Importing in Unity\Unreal.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• A great understanding of the fundamentals of animation and how they relate to game animation;
• A strong sense of timing;
• Good instincts for realistic motions;
• Proven working history of professional rigging and animation, supported by a strong portfolio;
• Advanced knowledge of production pipelines;
• Up-to-date knowledge of modern rigging and animation techniques;
• Experience shipping at least one title;
• Experience of making animations for cinematic and third person games;
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
