Insights Analyst

Hays is partnering with a leading bank to find an analytical driven Insights Analyst, across Data Analytics and Reporting.

You will join a close knit team, collaborating and working together through daily reporting and analytical requests to help deliver insightful visualisations and reporting across the property and brokerage portfolio. You will build and maintain relationships with stakeholders requesting strategic and performance requests (daily, weekly, monthly & project reporting).

We’re interested in hearing from people who have

• Strong knowledge of Excel, Tableau and Power BI including building and maintaining dashboards to storytelling with professional visualisations.
• A well-demonstrated Insights and Analytics background, including:
• Proven experience in delivering complex projects using SQL tools, such as Teradata SQL.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, demonstrated by examples of concrete steps taken to ensure accuracy of results and data quality.
• An interest in developing not only their skills, but also of those around them, in a collaborative and constructive manner.
• A keen interest in keeping up to date with latest data trends and technologies.
• An inquisitive approach – someone who is able to challenge assumptions and contribute with ideas for improvement of processes.
• Experience with other languages such as Python, R or SAS, or tools such as Alteryx is well regarded.
• Experience working in an Agile environment, or knowledge of Agile methodology.
• Property or Brokering data a nice to have.
