A Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing a collection of related projects, ensuring they align with the overall strategic goals of the organization by defining program scope, setting objectives, monitoring progress, mitigating risks, communicating with stakeholders, and delivering successful outcomes across multiple projects within a program and or customer.

Key responsibilities of a Program Manager:

Regularly communicate with key stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and team members, to manage expectations and address concerns.

Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues that could impact program success.

• Performance Monitoring:
  
  

Track program progress against key performance indicators (KPIs), identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

Monitor program budget, ensuring costs are controlled and aligned with allocated funds.

Lead and motivate cross-functional teams across different projects within the program.
