What will I do here?

• Customer facing support engineer in vendor-network operator environment (on-site)
• Maintenance and support activities of voice and/or messaging core network elements in a cloud environment (network change operations, upgrades, processing / tracing trouble tickets, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, inspection tasks, etc.)
• Acting as interface between network operator technical team and vendor level 3 support
• Providing technical support for mobile, fixed voice and messaging services
• On-call duty (if required)

What should I bring with me?

• Degree in IT, Electronics, Telecommunication (or in another related field) or several years of working experience in the telecommunication sector
• Work experience as network support engineer
• Knowledge of Mobile Core Networks
• Experience with basic Linux & Windows commands
• Solid know-how in network technology
• Open to work in a multicultural team

Salary

€ 3.000 to € 5.000 (paid 14 x p.a.), depending on qualifications and experience. The company also offers additional benefits and individual development opportunities.
