The project:

Our client in the insurance sector is looking for a Data Analyst to join their team.

You will have to:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide solutions
• Gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize data and support decision-making
• Ensure data quality and integrity by performing regular data verifications and validation
• Propose and implement initiatives to increase awareness of data analytics within the department
• Identify and implement analytics models on operational data
• Support and develop one or two people from P&O in the field
• Assist in setting up the conceptual architecture
• Apply AI solution to enhance ability to create sophisticated and insightful dashboards in Power BI

Is this you?

• Senior profile with concrete experience in data analysis and Power BI
• Deep understanding of data analytics and visualization techniques
• Critical and Analytical Thinking: Ability to evaluate the quality of information and interpret it critically
• Experience in insurance or financial industry
• MS Office 365
• Mastery of Power BI: In-depth knowledge of Power BI, including creating reports, dashboards, and using advanced features like Power Query and DAX
• Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data, identify outliers, group, and bin data for deeper analysis
• Data Modeling: Skills in data modeling to structure data efficiently and create relationships between different tables
• Data Visualization: Knowing how to choose and use appropriate visualizations to represent data clearly and impactfully
• Python
• Copilot M365
• Time Series Modeling: Applying time series models, such as ARIMA, in Power BI for predictive analytics. This skill is crucial for making accurate forecasts and analyzing trends over time
• Azure Cognitive Services
• Create data models based on raw, complex data
• Present the results of a data study in a comprehensible way to all types of audiences
