Valentino is looking for an Intern who will be included in the Talent & Performance Management Department, based in Milan.

As an intern you will support the team in the implementation of WW talent & performance activities, to develop and retain talented and diverse people at all levels of the organization.

As part and parcel of the wider Human Resources team, you will work closely with a wide network of Colleagues, including worldwide HRBPs, HR Capabilities & Systems, Colleague Communication, Employer Branding and Corporate Learning.

Main activities and responsibilities:

• Support in the deployment and daily management of the Performance Management and Talent Management processes at WW level;
• Draft and update supporting material and documentation for all processes and their phases and execute the communication plan and calendar;
• Elaborate timely analysis and reporting within the scope of Performance and Talent Management, liaising with HR Capabilities & Systems in the management of datasets;
• Support all stakeholders involved in the processes in managing the systems and tools used (mainly SuccessFactors & Qualtrics).
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Management, Human Resources or similar fields;
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
• Intermediate proficiency in Office365 package (especially Excel and Power Point);
• Proactivity, flexibility and attention to detail;
• Good communication skills and team player attitude.
