Experience required

• University degree in Computer Science
• At least 3 yrs of experience as Avaloq Developer
• PL-SQL language and database access tools expertise required
• Good knowledge of Agile principles with (ideally) experience of practicing Scrum
• Experience with Git & Liquibase a plus
• Data pipeline development experience a plus
• Understanding of financial products, accounting and/or banking business (financial legal reporting) is a plus
• Works under general direction within a clear framework of accountability
• Exercises substantial personal responsibility and autonomy
• Plans own work to meet given objectives and processes
• Fluency in French and English

Responsibilities

As a developer within the Corporate Solutions platform, you will carry out technical analysis, provide operational support and monitor developments within the framework of the various development and maintenance projects placed under the responsibility of the Finance, HR and Legal domain.

You will be responsible for:

• Avaloq & Oracle (PL/SQL) developments
• Code audit via Ice (Avaloq) and Git (PL/SQL)
• Oracle database modeling
• Implementing by following best practices and Agile values (Scrum),
• Designing and offering high-performance IT solutions at the best price,
• Ensuring the technical design of implementations,
• Providing assistance, documenting and analyzing production incidents and 3rd level support requests,
• Ensuring the application of best development and practices industry defined by the market and by the Bank,
• Drafting and communicating technical specifications, contributing to the various product backlogs.

**Job Description:**

Avaloq 2nd Level Support

**Experience Required:**

- Minimum of 5 years of overall experience

- At least 1 year of experience in the parameterization or support of an Avaloq platform

- 3 years of experience in the banking transactional field (including Stex, Corpac, settlement, etc.)

- Avaloq certification is mandatory

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide 2nd level support for the Avaloq platform and its peripheral systems

- Support, prioritize, coordinate, and track production incidents related to the Avaloq platform and specific peripheral systems

- Collaborate with other units within the Tech & Ops division to identify and address recurring incidents or high-impact issues by initiating problem-solving processes
