ServiceNow Developer

NXT GIG is looking for a talented ServiceNow Developer to join our technical team and play a critical role in implementing and customizing our ServiceNow platform. Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements
• Design and implement workflows, business rules, and client scripts based on defined specifications
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions that enhance service delivery
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems, ensuring smooth data flow and system interactions
• Perform debugging and troubleshooting of ServiceNow applications and processes
• Stay updated on ServiceNow features, releases, and best practices to leverage new functionalities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong understanding of ServiceNow modules
• Experience in scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and XML
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on delivering user-friendly solutions
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer) are a plus
