Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Cyber Security Professional to play a key role in securing our clients’ networks, systems, and data. This position involves proactively identifying and mitigating security threats, strengthening overall security posture, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The role also includes delivering security awareness training and implementing best practices to protect against evolving cyber risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to security threats, investigate potential incidents, and develop strategies to prevent future breaches.
• Design and enforce security policies, frameworks, and controls in line with industry standards such as Essential 8, ISO 27001, GDPR, and PCI DSS.
• Manage and optimize firewalls, intrusion prevention systems, and endpoint security solutions to enhance network and system protection.
• Conduct security risk assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability analysis to identify potential weaknesses.
• Deliver cybersecurity training and awareness programs to help clients and internal teams recognize and mitigate security risks.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in network security, cybersecurity risk management, and incident response.
• Hands-on experience with cloud security tools, encryption technologies, and malware analysis.
• Ability to communicate cybersecurity risks to non-technical stakeholders.
• Certifications (Highly Regarded): CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, or similar.
• Education: Tertiary qualification in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or Computer Science
