We’re partnering with a fast-scaling tech company building a real-time routing and logistics engine that transforms offline distribution into a digital, verifiable network. With strong product traction and thousands of businesses already onboard, they’re entering a critical scale phase and are looking for a hands-on Principal Engineer to shape the future.

This is a rare opportunity to own technical direction, architect for hyper-growth, and evolve into a CTO-level leadership role.

🔧 What you’ll be doing:

• Auditing and evolving backend architecture to support high-throughput geospatial data

• Driving performance engineering and eliminating compute/database bottlenecks

• Optimising a React Native application for thousands of concurrent users

• Building geospatial ML pipelines from PostGIS data

• Leading AI integration once core systems are optimised

• Setting technical standards and leading by example through high-impact coding

🧠 What we’re looking for:

• 5-10 years of strong engineering experience in complex, scaling systems

• Deep expertise in React Native, JS/TS, Postgres, and serverless/edge environments

• Strong focus on algorithmic performance and compute efficiency

• Interest or experience in spatial data / mapping / PostGIS

• High ownership mindset comfortable in fast-moving startup environments
