TechHeads is partnered with an one of Ireland’s largest accountancy organisations. They are undertaking a lot of IT consolidation projects as they grow and further develop their profile. This institute also plays key roles in the Global Accounting Alliance, Accountancy Europe and the International Federation of Accountants.

This role is for an ambitious CRM Analyst offered on a 12-18 month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will be working with the Members Team and collaborating with the Business Technology Team. As the core CRM Analyst, this role offers great potential to develop and grow your skills and knowledge in the field of Data Analytics.

The CRM Analyst will be responsible for managing a large dashboard of complex data and providing external and internal stakeholders with dashboards to communicate this data.

In this role you will work with Excel, VBA and Power BI to provide key business intelligence insights in areas such as, tracking revenue and engagement points and maintaining existing automation solutions for processes.

Attendance in the office will be required 2 days a week meaning this hybrid role offers great flexibility and an improved work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the in-house CRM Analyst to implement a CRM plan for the Institute.
• Manage quality and consistency of data, train users, generate reports and input data to support organization initiatives.
• Provide timely insights and analytical support to different internal business stakeholders.
• Perform ongoing QC checks and reports on data quality and take action where applicable to clean and improve data quality.
• Communicate and work collaboratively across teams, departments and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 1-2 Years experience with Data Analysis or CRM
• Experience with Excel, VBA, Power BI
• Experience with Databases, Data Analysis and BI Reporting
• Candidate must currently be located in Ireland and hold an EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa.

• Customer Service Experience/Communication Skills

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: €40,000 - €46,000
