We are looking for Data Engineers to help scale and maintain a Data Platform. Are you a Data engineer with experience in data pipelines, data platforms or data warehouse environments? Then join our Data team! Besides becoming part of the Data team of our client you will follow over 60 days of tailored training to maximize your learning and impact and boost your career. We fully pay this program as well as your salary.

✅ Help the team with scaling, deploying and maintaining their Data Platform

✅ Build components of the platform that enables the users to build scalable pipelines and deploy models in production

✅ Maintain and develop infrastructure related to data

✅ Collaborate with the Platform and analytics teams to ensure cohesive integration between systems and data models are in place

The role itself

· 2 fulltime weeks of hands-on bootcamp training where you’ll focus on writing deployable code, containerization, platform engineering & data engineering fundamentals

· Work 4 days a week as an data (platform) engineer at one of our clients

· Join us every Friday at the Xccelerated office in Amsterdam. Here you will get ongoing training and project support from our technical leads

· At the end of your first year, you get the opportunity to join the partner organization directly

Our clients are data-driven organisations. Therefore they have a modern Data Platform in a public cloud environment which will be used to provide insights and (self-service) analytics to the company, The Data Platform needs to be scaled and maintained, and your team is responsible for its architecture, development and maintenance.

You will be a very crucial part of the team. In your day-to-day work, you will collaborate with the engineering and analytics teams and build components of the platform that enables the users to create scalable pipelines and deploy models in production.

We are looking for a communicatively strong and enthusiastic colleague with a passion for data. Next to this, you have:

✅ A Bachelor/Master level education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cloud Computing or related field

✅ 2-4 years of experience as a Data Engineer

✅ Proficiency in Java/Kotlin

✅ Familiar with Kafka and Kubernetes
