What You'll Be Doing
✅ 5+ years of software development experience with a strong background in software architecture and design.
✅ Proficiency in Go and Python, with experience in SQL & NoSQL databases.
✅ Hands-on experience with modern web frameworks (e.g., React).
✅ Cloud experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
✅ Containerization & Orchestration: Strong knowledge of Docker & Kubernetes.
✅ Solid understanding of networking principles (protocols, routing, firewalls).
✅ Familiarity with DevOps tools: Git, GitHub Actions, Artifactory, Jenkins.
✅ Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible) is a plus.
✅ Background in observability & monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry) is a plus.

What You'll Be Doing
- Architect & Design: Translate product roadmaps into scalable technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead Development: Guide and mentor a distributed development team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Technical Decision-Making: Define and implement best practices for APIs, cloud architecture, and software design.
- Infrastructure & Automation: Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and cloud-native solutions.
- Code & Performance Optimization: Ensure software meets high standards of quality, security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Agile Execution: Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives), defining actionable tasks for development teams.
- Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create comprehensive technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
