We are looking for a talented Python Developer with AI expertise to join our team in Warsaw. This is a hybrid role, combining remote work with on-site collaboration at our Warsaw office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain AI-driven applications and models using Python.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to implement machine learning solutions.
• Optimize and deploy machine learning models in production environments.
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code following best practices.
• Conduct performance tuning and debugging of AI models and applications.
• Stay updated with the latest AI and machine learning trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Python Developer, preferably with AI/ML projects.
• Strong knowledge of Python and its AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
• Familiarity with data processing and database technologies (SQL, NoSQL, Pandas, NumPy).
• Understanding of software development methodologies and version control (Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, etc.).
