Defines the content of the user experience to resolve a task. Creates microcopies for an interface, with the aim of guiding and helping the user when interacting with a product or service.Their goal is to create a perfect balance between the users and the business, creating significant experiences, with value, transversal and personalized at the same time.UX Writer main tool is the word as a vehicle for the user to interpret, feel guided in a process and reduce their uncertainty in the face of something new.

Responsibilities

• Situation and scenario analysis (for user and business)
• Content writing
• Content curation and regionalization
• Benchmarking
• Usability tests (definition and implementation)
• Style guide and tone manual creation
• Participate in Content Strategy development
• Coordinate with the UI Design team on navigation, design, etc.
• Mockups development
  
  
  

Technical Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in writing different types of texts such as informational, technical, instructional, argumentative, and persuasive.
• Experience in content writing, content curation, copywriting, proofreading, and video scripting.
• Experience using Figma, Mural, Sketch, INdesign, Zeplin, Invision and Grammarly.
• Basic understanding about, Communication, UX, Writing microcopy (Call to action - Feedback - Instructions and text messages / Chatbots), Tropicalization/ regionalization and Content curation.
  
  
  

Background:

• Bachelor in journalism, marketing and advertising, communication sciences or similar.
• +1 years of experience working as a content editor, editorial assistant, academic writing or similar positions.
• UX Design.
